Labour Council wastes money on super loos
Wolverhampton's Labour Council is to spend £500,000 of our money on one set of super loos in Wolverhampton. That is about £8 per household in the City. Loo users will be able to surf the web while they 'spend a penny'. Except that it is sure to cost a lot more than a penny!

New bus shelters for Springvale ward
Springvale's Lib Dem councillors have been pleased to inform local residents that two new bus shelters have been erected in Woodcross which is in the Ward.

Dangerous Paving in Sweetman Street Repaired
Thanks to the actions of Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats and Robin Lawrence, dangerous paving is in the process of being replaced in Sweetman Street. Robin Lawrence was concerned for residents, visitors and local children when he discovered the very poor state of repair of the paved areas. Slabs were loose and uneven: a dangerous hazard for all.

War on Litter in Park Ward
Park Focus Team members were shocked by the build up of litter in Walpole Street. Invited to visit the area by resident Adam Billington Robin Lawrence, Liberal Democrat Candidate for Park Ward was appalled by the state of the street. Mr Billington told Robin that Walpole Street has a good community feel although, as a father of a young child, he worries about the dangers of broken glass and litter on his family.
