Liberal Democrats advance in latest ICM Poll
Ahead of the local elections on May 4th, both Tony Blair and David Cameron will have cause for concern with the findings of ICM's monthly poll. The poll shows a three point increase for the Liberal Democrats. There is also a sharp fall for the Labour party with its support at its lowest since 1987, with the Conservatives dropping and failing to attract unhappy Labour supporters. The poll also reveals that David Cameron's environmental offensive has still left the Tories trailing the Lib Dems on the issue.
